Super easy to install, sockets and wrench and done

Installation for one shoulder bolt took about 8 minutes, second shoulder bolt was easier at about 5 minutes and the mower was off and mowing again, smoothly!!

Where are my other bolts?

Ordered four(4), only two (2) arrived. Envelope of bolts even had quantity of four marked out and two written in.

made incorrectly-"shoulder" 3/4 inch too long!!!

bolt is high quality just aggravating to know it is listed to workon model 917.203900 and after much blood sweat and tears it is installed! am surely expecting compensation for this careless snafu and hoping someome will rectify this calamity before it happens to someone else!!!
