My washer doesn't agitate, but I am very agitated

I really hate ordering from sears parts direct because any time there is a problem with an order, it is virtually impossible to correct it. Their return process sucks. And if they flat out make a mistake on an order and you want to get it corrected, forget about it. It's a huge waste of time.
