Easy to install.

It was easy to install and took about 20 minutes or so to install. I installed this part before and remembered some about how to install it from the first time. If you are unsure, take plenty of photos as you take out the old part so you have a reference when installing the new part. It is pretty easy though and should not take too long even if this is your first time.

Kenmore Dishwasher Control Panel

Inside the bottom cover plate of the dishwasher are the Technician troubleshooting instructions. Removing the door cover and control panel is relatively easy with the proper tools. Make sure to disconnect power to the dishwasher prior to servicing it. Replacing the panel is simple. Do not close the door on the dishwasher until the power is restored. Then press heated dry, normal wash, heated dry and then normal wash again. This lights all the lights and then runs the washer. After that is done, the repair is complete.
