No Grass Bag.
I ordered (and paid for) a replacement Grass bag for my Craftsman mower. What i received was a small spring from Husqvarna. Not at all what i ordered. CSR now tells me the part i need is not available.

NOT EASY
THIS GRASS CATCHER BAG QUALITY OF MATERIALS IS A BIG ZERO! WE NEEDED IT AND NO OTHER OPTIONS UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY THE AMOUNT THAT WOULD EQUAL HALF OF A NEW LAWN MOWER. SAD THAT THE CONSUMER IS NOT ABLE TO GET THE CRAFTSMAN QUALITY ANYMORE! OH WELL SIGN OF THE TIMES I GUESS!

TERRIBLE SERVICE
Terrible service we NEVER received the correct bag. They sent two incorrect bags. They sent the first one it was incorrect we let them know and they sent a second incorrect bag. We returned both and said the heck with it.
