Backorder for Months
I waited for two months for a circulation pump because it was on "backorder". I received a notice that it would be delayed another two months so I requested to have it canceled and was told it would be. I decided to order another dishwasher instead of repair but then received an e-mail that the pump was being delivered despite my cancelation. I called UPS and the parts department days before it was delivered but was told the delivery couldn't be stopped. When it arrived I had to print a label and send it back to the parts department and as I understand am being charged for delivery. I may add a star if I get a refund and/or am not charged for delivery.

Fairly easy to install
It took me 45mins. since my dishwasher is in very tight space. But the installation of the motor itself was like less than 5 mins. It took me more time to fit the dishwasher into place.

Great price
Estimates of repair time was at 45 minutes. If I'd already done this about 4 times, maybe. It took me 2 hours but I was very thorough and cleaned everything in there. The Sears video on replacement helped a lot but was not descriptive on all models (mine included). All in all, the new motor and pump was at a great price, was delivered quickly and fit as it should. The dishwasher is nice and quiet once again while doing the dirty work!
