Installation of front roller wheel
I needed help. My fridge is old, the Botton plate seem to not want to move. So, someone stronger than me had to move it for me. After that everything went smooth, til time to push the plate back in position.

Just what we we're looking for
The only part of install that was a little tricky was raising one side to replace wheels but we got it down with a little ingenuity .

Not the same part shown in the drawing
The part shown in the drawing includes this roller assembly attached with a "riveted pin" to the bracket which attaches it to the refrigerator cabinet. Attached are three photos, one showing "What I have" (minus the plastic wheel that broke), another showing "What I received", and another showing a cropped close-up of the drawing on the SearsPartsDirect.com website, from which I ordered.
