Range Hood Blower Assembly
It was easy to install taking about 30 minutes. First, you take out the noisy unit of assembly and wipe off all the grease inside of the range hood.

Simple but Awkward to Install
Had to replace this after only 3 years! It is actually pretty easy to install this fan if the hood was not installed. Doing it in place you have to twist and lay your back over the stove. You have to remove the filters, then the bar that holds the filters in place. Then unplug the fan. It only fits one way so I marked the down side with a marker the marked the new one on the same side. The fan comes out with one bolt and is clipped in with a safety catch. Just release the catch after removing the bolt and jiggle the fan and it will swing down. It would help to have 2 more hands. The fan is pretty lite. Then put the new fan in the same way. Slide back into the rail then pivot up and the safety catch will hold the fan so you can install the bolt. Plug it in and test first. Then install the filter holder. That was the most time consuming since I could not easily line up the holder to the old holes. It looks like the installers drill them not the factory. Now you are done.

Highly Recommend
I was very happy to see that Sears was still open and that I was able to obtain the blower motor for my Range Hood. I hope that Sears remains open for online orders even though the actual walk in stores are closing. I appreciated the diagrams provided for my Range Hood as it helped worth the Blower Motor installation. CAUTION! Horrible Packing and Shipping Vendor!
BUYER BEWARE!!! Can't review the item because it arrived completely broken and unusable. I wouldn't know for sure but don't believe the part shipped in the condition received, and the carton was accepted because there was no apparent damage to it. However, there was no 'Fragile Item' sticker affixed to the box and the packing was ridiculously minimal at best for what it was, when opened. Considering the shipping cost, shipping timeline and the desperate need for the part, I wasn't willing to test the return/ exchange policy if it was going to arrive it this condition again. The metal assembly mounting bracket was bent out of square, one side of the plastic wire housing attachment posts to the fan box were broken off, both blower fan wheels were bound in their boxes, one blower fan wheel was busted into pieces, the other motor spindle jammed into the motor winding and unable to turn. Fortunately though, I had sufficient mechanical aptitude to build a working unit using the parts from the old and new units. Even though I was able to make a working unit in the end, overall, it was truly a disappointing experience and a test of patience having to literally build a unit instead of just bolting the new one in.
