One screw up after another

i googled the part I needed and it came up as the last one in stock and listed Sears Parts as the source. I ordered the part and paid for it with a card. I got a confirming email that listed a different part number was being shipped. I figured I would wait and see. A totally different part number arrived. I called the customer service phone and described my problem. The rep told me I had ordered a third part number different than what they shipped and different than what I ordered. He offered to take back the part they shipped and send me the part they said I ordered but that was not the part i ordered. after some discussion, they finally sent me a return shipping label and credited my card. Now they say the part I ordered is not available and my only option is to have the part serviced. That will mean roughly two weeks with no oven. I guess I'll wait and see.
