Dishwasher Silverware Basket Lid, Side W10656175

Did not meet my expectations

The picture shows TWO lids. I received only one lid. No one at Sears PartsDirect told me or offered an explanation that one lid would be sent to me. So, I expected to receive two lids because that's what the picture shows and the price of $33.27 seems fair to expect two lids. The first shipment went to my city, but to the wrong address and the delivery was sent back to the sender. The second shipment arrived at my house but it was the WRONG part. The third shipment arrived at my house with only ONE lid. I ordered this part on 12/7/20. It is now 2/22/21 and I am giving up. Supposedly there is a review going on with the Sears Customer Service escalation team, or something, but no one from that team has reached out to me. Each time I call customer service, they can't help me get the second lid. And speaking of the lid, it doesn't hold my dinner knives because the openings are too small. Also, the lid doesn't fit into the silverware basket correctly. I had to jam it in so it would stay. At least I have one lid, but I expected a lot better from you, Sears.
