Good pump
The first pump they delivered was damaged. The pump was in a small box inside a bigger box with no packing padding. I called and they expedited a new pump and it arrived in 2 days. I watched a video on utube and after watching it several times, I managed to figure it out. I have done maybe 6 loads and it seems to be working perfectly fine.

Right style pump but wrong electrical connections-
Needed to send back and went to repair person to find the right pump with right electrical connection

Good quality at great price
I would have given Sears a rating of 10 but when it came to packaging, it was not well done. Package was not properly protected using bubble wrap or similar and so the electrical connectors were bent and I had to straighten them.
