Easy to install

This was an easy install so I didn't have to any repair person come out and charge a service call fee

Great Success!

Part was an exact match as well as the mounting gaskets. The video online for this repair at the Sears website gave me the ability and motivation to do the repair myself!

Not too hard

We tackled the repair ourselves. The most time consuming was taking apart the sliding French door & the back cover in the freezer. Replacing the motor was easy. The online chat person totally understood the error code & was correct.
