Difficult to install

The video showed a simple install, but the tech was working on a larger side x side. My freezer was about 15" wide. Extremely difficult to get both arms to the back to hook up wires. Next time will turn unit on its back and lean into the opening.

Easy solution to a fridge thats not cooling

Worked as advertised. Easy to install too. Its what was wrong.

Harder than others

Getting into the thermostat was more difficult than I anticipated. The wires to attach the new thermostat to were shorter and more difficult to connect the new part.
