I love the flexibility in the joints.
This was ordered to replace a part that i had broken. It came when it should, was placed by my front door out of the weather, and has already been put to use cleaning my hard surface floors. It fit my Kenmore vac perfectly.

Service great - price rediculous
The salesman was very nice and accommodating, the service and shipping time was fine. My only complaint was the price was rediculous. The plastic attachment cost me 1/4 of the cost for the entire vacuum cleaner. They have you over a barrel

Nice but Expensive
My wife had been using one that the bristles were worn off, I should have been paying attention, as the bristles keep the floor from being scratched. This is a great replacement to the OE. Very nice but pricey at near $50.00

Exactly what I needed!
I was concerned that the brush would not have the brush part on the bottom as the picture on the website does not show the bottom. Took a chance. It is perfect!
