Gas grill flame tamer G501-0008-W1 is an original equipment manufacturer (OEM) part that fits some gas grills in these series: Kenmore 415; Kenmore Elite 415; and Charbroil 463 and 466.
Flame tamer G501-0008-W1 reduces fire flare-ups caused by grease and juices from food.
The flame tamer protects the burner by deflecting heavy food drippings away from the burner tube. The flame tamer vaporizes small grease and food drippings and portions of larger drips, adding flavor to grilled food.
Replaces original gas grill flame tamer parts 80003332 and 80015759.

Its not perforated like the factory ones are. Cheap junk compared to stock that came with the grill.

Horrible
I spoke with your 'customer service' person and explained which part I needed. I gave him the model number of my grill and after some confusion and back and forth conversation, he said he found the correct part. Now at this point I asked and re-asked if it was indeed the correct part. He then assured me it absolutely was. I had my doubts. Rightfully so; because when the package arrived-it wasn't the right part. I check online and the part I needed isn't even available anymore. He sold me the wrong part on purpose and is a moron.

Wrong parts
First off sears sent the wrong parts although i gave them the right parts #. When I called about it they told me the parts I needed were not availavle. They are taking steps to pick up the wrong part and are working on the refund. This could.have be resolved if I had gotten the correct infirmation in the begining. They also told.me to go ti the store where i purchased the grill and they would have the parts I needed. I made the trip to the store and they had no parts either. Sesrs use to mean quality, now.i don't think it does.
