Sears Finds the Parts
After trying with Lowes and Craftsman the part finally came up with the company from which I bought my Lawn mower in 2009, SEARS. The only hard part was getting the E-clip off without buying a special tool. Just used a crescent and hammer; channel locks to put back on.
