OEM part so it fit perfectly
The part was entirely plug and play and GE OEM, so no issues whatsoever with the install. There were a number of wires to take off the old part and place on the new so it was worth a few minutes to write colors and locations before starting the job. A quick photo would accomplish the same. Sears price was by far the best of three I got online -$70 better than the highest and $40 better than the second (GE parts site). Delivery was about 5 days but 4 days sooner than expected.
