Working so far
The part arrived on time. When I first saw the shipping box, it was all bent, so I got worried that the baking element was broken. But you wrapped it so good that it was ok. The prongs were so tight, I couldn't get the old one off. Had to call my neighbor, as he was a handy man. He had to use pliers to get them off. But he slipped the new one in and everything is ok. Tested and baked a pizza, so everything went well. I hope it last about 20 years as the first one did. I also ordered a glass cook top from you about 2 years ago, but haven't installed it yet. Great price and thank you.
