technician installed it. It did not work.
the technician installed the parts. They did not work. He ordered more parts. We cancelled the order. It came in anyway and we were charged. We want a refund and to return the part. Nothing about that is easy. Many phone calls!!!! no email with instructions about how to return. No refund yet. This has been exhausting. we are not happy as you can imagine. The microwave. is old. We decided not to spend 358 more dollars on it. We already spent $168 for parts and $299 for the technician. REALLY NOW! Does this have to be so hard?
