Both pieces need to be on the screw before seating
Make sure you place the piece that aligns in the hole of the chain bar on the screw before you set the washer into it's groove on the screw because otherwise there is no way to get the washer back out of it's groove.

took a month to get a screw that is different than what was originally on the saw. took 45 minutes on the phone to place order . all in all not a good experience
