Door seal did not match existing

The door seal was different than the existing and the edge was not magnetized as the existing was. Therefore the gasket does not seal tight against the freezer frame. Not sure what my next step is other than returning the gasket. Unfortunately the original gasket was partially glued and will be difficult to reinstall.

Poor construction

Gaps at all corners, impossible for gasket to seal. Assembly was sloppy, customer-facing material was scuffed and dirty
