Perfect replacement
Exact replacement to the OEM ice maker that was over 10 yrs old, simple and easy to swap. Took 5 minutes or less to replace with broken ice maker.

Perfect product, fast shipping
The ice maker was exactly as described. Came as the whole unit, motor, tray, housing. A great price and they shipped quickly. Install was a matter of minutes and we now have ice again! Very happy with this product and Sears Parts Direct. The ice maker was an actual Samsung product too!

Simple installation!
Part came as one piece. I only had to shut off the water supply and power. I removed 2 screws, pulled the part free, disconnected the quick disconnect power supply and removed the assembly. I installed the new part by reconnecting the power supply, positioning the assembly and installing the 2 screws. Then I turned on the water supply and power and then pushed the test button to fill the ice maker to check operation. The total time took about 15- 20 minutes.
