After many years of service the built in shear pin on the flywheel failed. It takes about 15-20 min to replace the flywheel.

Removed engine from main housing to replace. Original part made in USA replacement part made in CHINA!!!

Wrong unreturnable part
Needed a flywheel for Craftsman mower with Briggs and Stratton motor. Did the customer service chat to find the flywheel I needed. Found it before the rep, rep then sent me the same url that listed it for $211. Told rep for that kind of money I would buy a new mower. He then said he found me a "replacement part" for $29 and I said ok. Waited a week for shipping and it is for a Husqvarna and ofcourse the wrong part which is not a returnable item. I am out the $29 for a part I cannot use and had to buy a new mower.
