Arrived cracked, but still worked for install
The shipping box was oversized and had no padding. The center piece was cracked, but we had to install it anyway or not have a usable fridge. This fridge model only has the full mullion part, not just the spring we needed, so it was an expensive replacement ($5 vs $100). On the plus side, install is very easy!

Good part-not complete w/out parts it attaches to
This is easy to install but useless if either of the clips (that secures it to the door) on the top and bottom are broken. To get the part you must order the entire door which cost another $260. Dollars. Bad design.

Door Flipper Asembly
The center mount didn't line up right. Screw holes didn't line up and was difficult to force into place. Once installed it worked great. Wonder why the spring mount in the flapper bar broke in the first place. I live alone and never abused the door.

Easy to install
The repair was very simple and only took a few minutes. However the repair is incomplete due to the fact that the part on the door that the top of the mullion attaches to is not replaceable! So the repair is mute. To purchase the Whole Door at a cost of over $400.00 for a simple plastic part that cost about 10 cents to manufacture is inconceivable to me!
