Relatively easy to replace...
Troubleshooting was simple enough with an ohmmeter and screwdriver. Replacing the burner was simple EXCEPT for getting a holding spring steel band off the back (the only reason this review gets 4 stars instead of 5) and back on after.

Easy to Install
This is a great quality product. My problem was that I though the middle element was not working properly (was not bright enough). After installing the new part, it turned out that this is normal that the middle spring is not as bright as the outer and the inner parts of the element. So I have basically wasted $200 by replacing a perfectly working part, and now have two working elements. So don't worry if you experience the same "problem" - save your money in case you are not sure if the middle part of the triple element is not as bright.

Installing a new triple burner in a Kenmore
The part worked great. Installing this part on a glass top drop-in /slide in range/oven is probably not for everybody. Specific instructions are not tone found but YouTube videos are helpful.it takes a bit of patience and intuition and labeling of wire/connections to ensure getting it all back together.

Easy to install
It take only 10 minutes to replace the old one to install new one. But first i have to take the picture which is all cable were connected on the old one then after just unplug and reconnected.
