Very Simple Repair
The problem was very easy to diagnose; the slack spring, loose cord, and broken pulley made it pretty obvious. Use a 9mm socket for the screw and take note of the position of the original pulley so that the tension is the same. I'm not even sure it took fifteen minutes including the time it took to pull the dishwasher out of the cabinetry.

Dishwasher Door Cable Roller Assembly
I was very disappointed with the item that was sent to me......The rollers were too large to fit into the washer tracks...I contacted my credit card company to start a dispute requesting my money back onto my credit card.
