Don't buy, second time now replacing, cheap
Cheap over priced parts. Shipping is ridiculously over priced . They shipped them in there manufacturing bag. For $12 each

Mismarked Parts - Listen when we tell you please
I ordered parts for our dishwasher to be ready for the Thanksgiving Holiday with lots of family coming. I ordered a right and left adjuster. One part number ending in 60, the other in 61. Received two 60's. One was properly marked and the other bagged in a 61 bag. These things happened so I called in and explained the problem. While I struggled to understand the customer service person we got it reordered. It arrived Wednesday in time for Thanksgiving. It WAS ANOTHER MIS-MARKED part. After I had explained the problem they had with packaging I feel they should have checked the replacement part instead of repeating the mistake. I'm sure they have a number of these mismarked parts on the shelf. Needless to say that after all the hand washing instead of having that time for visiting while hosting the family we were less than thrilled. We had a previous similar experience when a technician drove 70 miles to us a couple years ago.

Unable to install
After going on the site and conducting a search with the model number of my dishwasher, many parts came up. We knew we needed an adjuster and found it. Did not realize that on the page describing the adjuster, we needed to enter the model number again to determine its compatibility, although the small print on the original page listed our model number as compatible. It was not compatible, so we called for a Sears repairman who replaced the part, for $300. When I went to mail back the two adjusters we had purchased from the website, I was disappointed to see that after spending $300 on a repair, we were also responsible for shipping charges. How petty! The confusing website apparently results in many returns! Additionally, I listened to two different, lengthy presentations on the warranty program for our 11 appliances, purchased from Sears, when Sears was an actual brick and mortar store. We did not fall for the warranty program. Buyer Beware: Please keep in mind that 1) the price quoted for the warranty is monthly and 2) there is a $75 "co-pay" for each visit, two stipulations the customer service rep failed to mention until I asked.

Broke in less than 1 month!
I bought this item, I hired and paid an installer. In less than 1 month I had to pay the installer again to come out and replace this defective item. I paid more than if I would have paid to the installer to bring the part with him the 1st time. Now SearsPartsDirect.com is refusing to refund me for the defective part they sold to me.
