Easy fix saved my expensive TV

LG Smart TV 60 inch would not connect WiFi. Seems to be a common problem with this brand. New WiFi module was easy to install and now WiFi connects quickly, Part was shipped promptly in protective packaging.

Solved the disconected device pop-ups!

We were getting the "Unknown device has been disconnected" pop-ups. Did some research online and tried everything as far as settings and resets. I saw one person said a tech came and replaced this part and it solved their issue. I run a wired internet connection so I never checked the wireless connection. When I did I saw that it wasn't finding my network so I knew this must be it. Ordered one here because I wanted a new one and not a used one. Used TV parts are usually untested pulls from non-working TV's. Install was easy as well. Module is located at the bottom of the unit all by itself. The only thing I would warn is that the legs of my model LG 55UJ6300 are attached to the back panel and not the main body of the TV. Do not try to remove the back with the TV standing up. Lay it on its face or you could have a disaster.

Tooks some time to get out

LG tv used a bracket that is delicate and it's real easy to break it when you remove the board. TV wasn't seeing the SSID's. New board resolved the issue
