Easy full YSUS board replacement

20 or so screws for the back of the TV. 12 or so for the board. 1 ribbon connector, one snap connector and a series of push in connectors. The board also has glue pads on the back side. There were no instructions provided but I was able to find some YouTube videos to provide direction. The hardest part was the series of connectors on the outboard side. You need to gently pry them apart while pulling the board away from the glue pads. The price of the replacement board was reasonable but the shipping was very high.

Multi meter readings were not correct. I would only recommend if part is replaced and working. I am posting easy and quick but I did not install because meter readings were incorrect.
