The features are amazing!
I have had my refrigerator for over a year. It keeps food at the correct temperature, and the freezer items also are kept at the right temperature. It is so easy to keep clean, and so much room inside freezer, and refrigerator compartments. Other refrigerators are not as good at keeping vegetables(lettuce, tomatoes ) fresh like the day they were purchased. The ice maker works efficiently, also changing the filter is so easy! I'm very happy with this LG product, and would recommend it to all my friends and family, it is worth the bargain you get when you purchase it.

great program
Your program on sending out filters every 6 months works well. The only problem is it takes 2 to 3 weeks for the refrig to make ice after replacing the filter.

Saves time
I love the fact that I don't have to go to the store to find the right water filter. It gets here in plenty of time to change it out when it is needed.

My Fridge
In our busy life just having LG send a new filter without any stress on me. This is a wonderful way to show LG cares. Filters are great also.

Great fridge, some improvements needed
Love my fridge but there have been a few hiccups. The motherboard went out after only having it a little over a year. It was replaced and working fine now. Also the stainless steel is a little soft. My kids have bumped it a few times causing dings to the outside. I don't feel the hit it hard at all so I wish the outside was a bit more durable. Outside of those two things, we've really enjoyed it.
