Remote doesn't work and rude customer service
Doesn't work and when I called them to see if it just needed programming to my a/c, I was transferred several times to different departments. Talked to several representatives, and still no answers. The last person I talked to hung up on me telling me I had the wrong department, and the phone number I called, is the number I actually ordered from. Will not order from them again and not to mention, the remote is way overpriced!
