Watched an Installation Video
Once I got the old element unplugged, it was easy to install. Since my stove is decades old, one plug was somewhat corroded. I dripped "Breakaway" on it to get rid of the corrosion. Note: If you do this, be sure to clean it off as I believe it is a flammable product. I suggest watching a video on how to install oven elements before proceeding. The element works great and saved me from buying a new stove.

Simple installation, did the job
The installation process was pretty quick. I took off the back of my oven and removed the wire connections by hand (you may need pliers though). Make sure you remember what color the wires were connected to each side! The bake element seems to be working well so far.
