Great help with online chat
I needed another shelf for my new freezer but did not know the model number. I went to Sears Parts Direct and was browsing to try to find my freezer when a pop up came up was an offer to live chat with a person if I needed help. I took advantage of the offer and started chatting with a real person who helped me find the model number, located the part for me and ordered it. The shelf arrived in a couple of days and it was a perfect fit. I was very impressed with friendly efficient service I received. Needless to say, the shelf was easy to install, it's only a shelf!

Right part number...Wrong Part
Ordered the part number that was detailed for my model freezer. Package arrived with part in sealed bag labeled with correct part number. Tried to install part (a metal shelf for my new freezer) but the shelf did not fit. It was several inches deeper than the other shelves...but the width was correct.

Exactly what I wanted
It installed like a breeze!! No problem at all. Getting the shelves that came in the freezer seemed to be very difficult to move so I just purchased one from Sears and it fit perfectly and easily.
