Completely wrong

It was a reducer from 5/16 to 1/4 completely wrong as i had stated i needed to fix a developed split in the larger line. Cut the split out and recouple and i get a reducer. Not good.

Easy to install took a few minutes pulled fridge out installed fittings and pushed back

Over priced and customer service no help

They me wrong part. Doesnt fit the tubing I ordered. Returning order. I went to Lowes and purchased correct parts at less than half of what Sears charged me.

Sears refrigerator parts

Everything is great with all that I purchased. My only complaint is that it seems overpriced. According to my fiancee Sears parts have always been overpriced! Despite that, as I said, everything seems fine. But Sears came out a year ago to replace these same parts...a year later we are buying the same things...it should have been fixed properly the first time around!
