Easy installation
There are no written directions for installation. No worries! YouTube has a video with easy to follow directions. I have never done anything like this before, truly it took me longer to clean underneath and the sides of my stove! https://youtu.be/EPjxg-utq8w

Wrong part.
They sent the wrong part even though they were given the s/n from the plate. Then on the second call they informed me that the part was no longer made. I am not happy. I would prefer to be able to take a part to a store to compare to parts there. But instead I talk on the phone to india. I wonder why Sears is going out of bussinss

Easy to install
The screws and nuts were supplied in a plastic bag and attached to the heater. Less than 30 minutes to replace the defective heater.

Bottom and to bake elements.
The bottom bake element was very easy to install. The top element was different due to the location and ability to remove bolts that were not easily accessible and hard to remove. I did not take pictures or make a video.
