Never came in/ stolen Package torn in limbo now
It never came. The packeages that it was supposed to come in where both torn like someone had stolen it. I paid $20 extra to have this $5 part delivered faster. I called UPS and they said they would contact the vendor. It has been in limbo for over a month now. I realy needed this part for my chainsaw so that I could remove branches that were blocking a Development Disability site driveway. Luckily most of it I was able to cut up before the tensioner screw broke. And the city didn't fine us for having all the branches in the front.

I have been a life long Craftsman tool owner for 20 years when I first started pure fleeting to Craftsman. I have never been more disappointed in a product or company. I guess I will start buying Dewalt from now on.

Simple installation, good quality item. They make a special tool to install the small float seal but it is not required.

Poor instructions
Wouldn't have been hard to install if the instructions had said which way the adjusting pin went in. I guessed wrong and had to take it back apart and start over. Getting the broken one out was the worst part. Bad design.
