Maintenance tips for your Healthrider elliptical

  • Inspect all parts of the elliptical before each use.
  • Tighten any loose screws, nuts, bolts, pins or fasteners before using the elliptical.
  • Replace any worn or damaged parts on the elliptical immediately.
  • Lubricate all moving parts on the elliptical regularly using all-purpose grease.
  • Replace the batteries in the console when the console appears dim or it's completely dead. You may also need to replace the batteries when resistance won't change or changes in resistance are sluggish.

How to replace the control console on your Healthrider elliptical

  1. Remove the mounting screws from the console bottom.
  2. Pull the control console up to access the wire harness plug on the bottom of the console. Release the wire harness plug locking tab and disconnect the console wire harness.
  3. Position the new control console near the top of the console mounting frame and connect the console wire harness to the new control console.
  4. Reinstall the console mounting screws to secure the new control console to its frame.
  5. Install batteries in the new control console.
