How to replace the temperature control thermostat on a Toyotomi space heater

Unplug the heater power cord or shut off the house circuit breaker for the heater to disconnect electrical power. Wear work gloves to protect your hands during the repair.
Remove the temperature control knob from the temperature control thermostat stem.
Remove the front grille cover from the heater.
Remove the temperature control thermostat mounting screws and pull the thermostat out slightly.
Disconnect the wires from the temperature control thermostat and pull the thermostat out.
Connect the wires to the new thermostat and mount the new thermostat in the heater.
Reassemble the space heater and restore electrical power by plugging in the power cord or resetting the house circuit breaker.

Replacing the fan blade in a Toyotomi space heater

Unplug the space heater to disconnect electrical power. Wear work gloves to protect your hands during the repair.
Remove the fan cover mounting screws and pull the fan cover off.
Disconnect the fan motor wiring harness.
Remove the fan mounting screws and pull the fan out.
Loose the fan blade set screw. Remove the fan blade from the motor shaft.
Install the new fan blade on the fan motor shaft and tighten the fan blade set screw.
Mount the fan in the fan housing. Connect the fan wire harness to the fan motor.
Reinstall the fan cover and plug the fan power cord back into the electrical outlet to restore power to the fan.
