How to install a sanding disc on your Craftsman power grinder

• Be sure that the power grinder is unplugged and that it's cool to the touch.
• Push the hub of the disc nut through the center of the sanding disc.
• Position the backing disc behind the sanding disc and push the disc nut through the backing disc.
• Push the assembled discs on the spindle and thread the disc nut onto the disc nut hub.
• Tighten the disc nut completely down on the spindle.
• Engage the locking pin to lock the spindle in place.
