Reviews

Service was OK but I was concerned.
December 12, 2023

I purchased a gasket for my refrigerator freezer door. It was easy to install but we had to use a hair dryer to make it more flexible so it would close properly. I made the purchase through the "chat box." I was not sure I was really ordering the part I wanted because the chat box said it located the part I needed, bt did not give a parts number or description. I received the part quickly which was nice.

We had to go to you tube to see how to install. After that, it was easy.

Sub-standard Quality Gasket
August 03, 2020

Door gasket was being replaced due to frost forming on the top inside edge of freezer. (refrigerator is only about 3 years old) After installing the gasket, and checking to make sure that it was tight and flat in the groove on the freezer door, the new gasket does not hold the door shut. I have rotated it 180 degrees to see if it would fit any better. It has the same disappointing results! Ended up putting the old gasket back on. Door stays shut, but the frost problem still exists in the same 6" section at the top inside edge of freezer.

Got exactly what I requested

This was a simple pull out of the old gasket and a simple push in of the new one....had my teenager do it.
