Replacing Vacuum Release Button
The exploded parts diagram that I found online helped me figure out how to open the wand handle to replace the broken button but I broke a couple of retained tabs doing this. A couple of disassembly photos or diagrams would have been a great help. I was able to successfully replace the release button and I am satisfied with the result.

WASN'T THAT EASY BUT WE GOT IT DONE
MY HUSBAND INSTALLED THE BUTTON RELEASE AND HE HAD A LITTLE HARD TIME BUT WAS SUCCESSFUL AND IT WORKS LIKE A CHARM

It's not easy or simple to install on the model I own. Also played heck finding a schematic on line to visualize how nozzle assembly was designed.
