OEM quality but not delivered as promised

Two of the three mounting bolts are difficult to reach and you have to keep flexing and shifting the tub to align the holes with the threads. Overall time for disassembly, replacement and assembly was about one hour. Regarding ordering, part was listed as "in stock" and I ordered. Then a couple of days later it wasn't in stock and ended up almost three weeks late. Henry in customer service handled the problem efficiently and helped tremendously in getting it shipped. Good man.
