Exactly What I ordered
Had to replace a door switch to my microwave oven and Sears advertised it would arrive on Thursday which was quick so I ordered it. The shipping was very high for an item that was the size of a nickel and didn't weigh as much. I took away one star because I didn't get the item till Friday a day late. If you can't deliver what you advertise then it's false advertising just to get the business, not good! Otherwise, my order was correct and I repaired the microwave oven!

Dismal Sears Parts Direct Customer Service.
After trying to purchase part, received email notification from Sears of problem, and order would not be fulfilled. Way too long hold times to get assistance over phone. We ordered from another provider, which ended up being 1/3 the price and arrived then next day. Then received email notification later in the week that the order was being fulfilled. Called immediately. Again long wait times on phone. Was told no problem order would be cancelled. Received another email later that night that order was shipping. Called again. Long wait times. Was told not to worry order was being cancelled. Received this part in the mail over a month later! Part also looks dirty / used. Now wondering how much more time I am going to lose trying to get refunded, trying to send part back...We no longer recommend to order from Sears Parts Direct unless it is the last option.

Micro switch
Took a while to install. ordered incorrect part first and had to return it. The error code said the problem was a humidity switch. It was a door switch. I had to find this out after I took the microwave apart and found an informative booklet inside the microwave.

Pretty easy!
Lots of screws, maybe took out more than I needed but I don't really think so as I needed to gain access to the areas. However, make certain you place all these screws in a pattern to easily place them back where they belong.

Fixed the problem and saved $$
Relatively easy to to install the parts myself and saved a lot of money in the process. I would say I only spent about 30 minutes with the actual disassembly, installation of parts, and reassembling the microwave.
