Exact replacement part
Microwave door would not close. Did troubleshooting and concluded that door latch hook had been broken where the spring is connected. Looked up the replacement part and it was delivered one day earlier than anticipated. The replacement process was fairly simple.

absolute junk
part was not exactly a match with old part. latch legs looked a little different. installed part, closed door, it would not open. had to pull VERY hard to get it open again. tried softer spring, same thing. threw microwave out and bought a new one. done with sears.

Wrong Part For My Microwave Oven
My microwave oven has two latch hooks that go into two holes in the microwave. When we installed the part sent by Sears PartsDirect and closed the door it was frozen shut. We could not pull open the door. I know I gave the correct model number for my microwave oven. We had to buy a new microwave oven. It was not a good experience.
