Captive audience and high prices
Parts were expensive and had a Sears tech come to house - tech was pleasant but admittedly charged me 120% for part and $300 for a less than 1 hour labor. Tech complained the ignition module was garbage and did not fit. Looking back wish I had just bought a new range. Dissatisfied and experience will affect future appliance considerations.
