Ordered a key replacement for lawn mower I was selling (42 inch Riding ( mower). Order Number C926461. Agent pressured me to purchased 4 keys - ended up buying 2 keys. Order was to arrive by September 28th by 7 p.m. The box arrived but only ONE key. I tried to contact Sears Parts only to end up in a loop and finally a recording told me that my second key was shipped separately. The first box would have held 100 keys and Sears is shipping second key in another box. Also the cost of 2 keys plus shipping more than $42. In the moment I should have ordered only ONE key since I was selling the mower. Lesson learned. I'm done with SEARS forever.
