Salesperson on phone odered me the Wrong Part

I was clear that I needed the Motor?slenoid located under where one puts their cup for Water or Ice. I told him its as big as 2 or 3 Pink fingers of a woman. What do I get ?? A giant Motor for the Ice crusher for the top Tray inside the Freexer to crush Ice and put it in the big Tray. Told em its was 2x the price of the part I brought 3 years ago. He says he found it -charges my credit card charges me - - then sends me a confirmation with a picture. HEY SEARS !!why not train your Sales People to send picture first , have customer verify then have customer pay. I returned it the same day I received it and I await full refund . I shopped on line with a Appliance parts supplier in Tennesse with a Great how to repair Video.. I purchased from them coorect small motor for $37 after the sales person emailed me a photo..
