Wrong Parts

It's been the worst experience. I'm on my 3rd order for the same part, waiting on a credit to my account while still paying for every new order of the same part. Every time I call I spend over an hour on the phone. The don't call back if the call is dropped, and and reviewing the refrigerator diagrams they still continue to send me the wrong parts. I'm going on a month waiting on 1 door handle for my refrigerator. They won't credit your account until they receive their part back, and also do not email any confirmation that you will be credited. You're stuck having to continue paying for the part you need. They will not apply what you've already paid towards it. Good luck if you order parts.
