When I needed a new "strike" for my dishwasher, I called customer service since I had no idea what the piece was called or how to order it. The only negative was they wanted to add screws to the order ($19 for 2 screws). I used my old ones with no problems.

Overpromised and Underdelivered

The correct part was shipped, however we paid an extra $20 for Expedited Shipping and the part arrived one day after the guaranteed delivery date we were given. We are a business who depends on our washing machine and it was completely down so the extra day was a big deal for us. We had called Sears because we trusted the Sears name to get us the right part fast, so we are very disappointed with this transaction.
