Not Easy to Install

It is not easy to install the roller. First, the lever screw, used to raise and level the refrigerator was not functioning. You would need some type of tool to raise the refrigerator. Home Depot and other companies sell all sorts of furniture movers that can be intimidating for average consumers. I used my car jack, which I would not recommend. Sears/Kenmore do not provide any instructions for changing refrigerator rollers (well specifically my refrigerator). I checked all their tips and video tutorials. Zero. Their tutorials seems to cater to one or two types of refrigerators. There are hundreds or maybe thousands of refrigerators that Kenmore might have produced over the years. I guess they want consumers to use the tutorials even if it is not specifically the same product as the one you own at home. Excuse any poor grammar. Do not have time to proofread.
