Not the right part

Not even close to the right part! they were multiple connectors on it that were in addition to what you should have been and I had to wait over two months before they even shipped it to me! and they presured me into buying an additional ceramic top cleaner kit from them that didn't even work for an additional $20

Substituted Part

Sales rep substituted the part without notice. It seems the original part was not in stock. Installation is difficult because of the location of the switch. Because the replacement part does not function as it should, I either need to find an actual original part or purchase a new range.

No wiring diagram as promised when ordered!! Ruined and had to order second one...hopefully with wiring diagram!
